Terms of Service

First Half Score is operated by Vincent Ploum, a sole proprietor based in New York, United States (“we”, “us”). We publish first-half goal statistics and model estimates at firsthalfscore.com. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You can reach us at support@firsthalfscore.com. We answer billing and account questions by email.

The service is intended for adults. You may not create an account if you are under 18, or under the legal age for gambling where you live, whichever is higher. We may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

Sports betting is illegal or restricted in many places. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are. We do not accept bets, place bets, or handle stakes of any kind.

We publish statistics and probability estimates about first-half goals. That is research material. It is not betting advice, financial advice, a tip service, or a prediction of what will happen in any particular match.

Our data comes from third-party providers and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Fixtures get postponed, line-ups change, and feeds fail. We show what we have and mark matches where the inputs are missing, but we do not warrant that anything on the site is accurate, complete, or current.

If a page shows combined or “bet builder” style probabilities, those assume the individual events are independent. Real football events are often correlated, so a combined figure can overstate the true likelihood. Treat it as an illustration, not a price.

• You need a valid email address and a password. Keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Do not share your login, and do not create extra accounts to get more free trials.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
• You can change your name, timezone and password from Settings, and close your account by emailing support.

New accounts get 4 days of full access, free, with no credit card. The trial starts when you confirm your email address. When it ends, access simply stops. There is nothing to cancel and you are never charged for the trial.

One trial per person. We use your email address and coarse device and network signals to spot repeat signups. If we think an account is a repeat trial, we may decline the trial or close the account.

Plans are $19.99 per month, $49.99 per 3 months, $159.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply.

• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a charge already taken.
• After you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance by email.
• If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. Access may be suspended until the payment succeeds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms, and you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell our data, predictions or model outputs.
• Share your account, or provide access to our paid content to people who have not subscribed.
• Reverse engineer the model, or use our outputs to build a competing product.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the site, its API, or the accounts of other users.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or anywhere its use would be unlawful.

The site, its content, and the models behind it are our intellectual property. Your subscription buys you personal access, not ownership or a licence to redistribute.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may need downtime for maintenance or because an upstream data provider is unavailable. If we discontinue the service entirely while you are on a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the trial system, charges back a legitimate payment, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you why first. You can close your account at any time by emailing support.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on anything published on it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you or show a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

If you are outside the United States, you use the service on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local law. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right you hold where you live.
